[English] The Penacony Star Epilogue in Honkai: Star Rail Finally Revealed at version 2.3

The eagerly awaited Penacony Star Epilogue in Honkai: Star Rail has finally been revealed, featuring new characters, storylines, and events.

In this update, the much-anticipated new character, Firefly (known in Japanese as “Hotaru”), will be introduced. Firefly is a 5-star fire element character hailing from the fallen planet Glamoth, devastated by the Swarm. Reborn as Sam, a mechanical armored warrior, she suffers from “Entropic Loss Syndrome.” To find a way to break free from this painful fate, Hotaru joins the Stellaron Hunters.

Her key ability is summoning SAM to attack nearby enemies after using her technique skill. When she enters the “Complete Combustion” state, her attack damage significantly increases, and her efficiency in exploiting enemy weaknesses improves until the state ends.

Another new character, Jade, will also be introduced. Jade is a 5-star character and a high-ranking officer in the “Strategic Investment Division” of the Star Peace Organization, as well as a member of the “Ten Iron Hearts.” Jade’s gameplay involves empowering herself with the “Debt Collector” status, accumulating energy for a series of consecutive attacks on enemies. Her ultimate attack targets all enemies, dealing damage multiplied by her consecutive attacks.

The story continues from version 2.2, following the interruption of the “Charmony Festival.” The Trailblazers (players) will visit the “Radiant Feldspar,”soaring into the skies above Penacony to witness crucial Family discussions firsthand, which leads to further chaos. Additionally, the much-awaited major update to the Simulated Universe will be introduced.

New events like ” Origami Birds” and reruns of 5-star characters Ruan Mei and Argenti are also included. Moreover, a preview of the next storyline will be showcased at the Summer Game Fest 2024, scheduled for June 8th.

“Honkai: Star Rail” will update to version 2.3 on June 19th.
